Step back into the age of dinosaurs with the Papo Mosasaur figurine. This marine reptile from the Upper Cretaceous will delight young and old alike with its realism and high level of detail. Papo figurines are hand-painted and designed to provide children with a great medium for play and imagination. Nothing is left to chance: correct postures and morphology, faithful reproduction of the animal’s main characteristics.

The crocodile-like mosasaur had heavy, oval jaws. Its slender jaw did not allow it to swallow its prey in one go, but it could easily cut them up with its sharp teeth. It could reach 15 metres in length. However, it was more robust and heavy than its cousin the Tylosaurus, so a 10 metre Mosasaur could be as heavy as a 15 metre Tylosaurus.
