The Papo hermit crab is a crustacean found on the European Atlantic coast. Its soft body needs to be protected from predators, hence its need for a suitably-sized mollusc shell on its back. It moves with its five pairs of legs, the first of which has two claws. It is, however, far from being a hermit, as hermit crabs likes to live in a community and they eat everything they can find.
