How do I view products and wholesale prices on the website?

We are strictly a wholesale only company, so firstly you will need to register your business details and create your own password. We will then review your details and approve your account within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once approval has been granted. You will then be able to sign in using your email address and own password to view the full product range.

How do I place an order online?

Once you are registered and logged in as a retailer customer and viewing our product range, you can start adding products by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button under each item. You can then review all of the items that you have added in the shopping cart in the top right corner. From there you can update quantities of items ordered or delete products from your cart. When you are satisfied with your order, click submit order and follow the prompts on each page which include confirming your Billing/Shipping address and payment method.

What is your minimum order value?

We currently have a minimum opening order value for new customers of $ 500.00 excluding GST. Repeat orders have a minimum of $200 ex GST.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa and MasterCard, Cheque or Bank Transfer Payment.

What are your trading terms? Can I apply for a credit account?

First order is pro-forma and then for all further orders you are welcome to apply for a 30 day from invoice date credit facility. Here is a link to our 30 day credit application which will have to be filled out and then mailed to our head office for approval.

How much do you charge for freight?

We share some great rates from some of Australia’s most reliable logistics partners. All Freight is calculated at 7.5% of product value or $15.00 (whichever is greater). Select postcodes in North QLD, Regional WA and NT are excluded from this freight cap and will be charged at cost – please email us for a complete list of these postcodes if required.

All prices online exclude GST and freight costs. GST will be added in the cart when you confirm your order and checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to retailers in many countries worldwide. We can use our own freight accounts or are more than happy to use your own freight forwarder if required.

Are all of the knives in your range legal to sell?

Yes, all of the knives we import are inspected and passed by Australian Customs and Border Protection. We do not carry any illegal knives in our range. The only law for retailers is that knives must be displayed under a glass cabinet and not sold to anyone under the age of 18. Throwing knives are banned in the states of South Australia and Victoria, unfortunately, if you are located in these states, we are unable to supply you with throwing knives. Additionally, swords are banned only in the state of Victoria, so unfortunately if you are located in that state we cannot supply you with swords. We cannot take responsibility for international knife orders - if you are unsure of legality of any of our products in your area, please check your local laws.

Are all of the products displayed online in stock?

We try our best to keep 99 % of products in stock at all times, but occasionally, we miss out on 1-2 items! For detailed information, please refer to the coloured “Add to cart” button next to the desired product.

How long do orders take to despatch from your warehouse?

Due to the current high volumes of orders, we are experiencing brief delays with some shipments. Most orders should ship within 2 – 4 business days after being placed.

I am an overseas customer, will I be billed in Australian dollars or my local currency?

All orders are invoiced in Australian dollars. Our multi-currency feature on the website should be used as a reference only. The exchange rate will be  based on your banks rate once the order has been paid for.
